Welcome to the ATMATA platform, owned by the Automation Advertising Agency, which specializes in advertising and marketing automation.
By using the ATMATA website or application, you agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.
This document applies to all electronic services offered by the platform and constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and the Automation Advertising Agency.
Section One: Terms and Conditions
1. Creating an Account
Your account must be for personal use only, and only one account per user is allowed. Impersonating or representing any individual or entity without authorization is prohibited. All bookings or purchases made through the platform must be genuine and comply with the stated terms and conditions. You agree to use the account solely for personal purposes and are fully responsible for protecting your account information (password and email). ATMATA accepts no responsibility for unauthorized use resulting from your negligence or disclosure of information. Your account may not be used, sold, or transferred to a third party. ATMATA reserves the right to delete or suspend an account in cases of violation of the terms and conditions or misuse.
2. Using the Service
You are entitled to use all services for personal purposes only and not for commercial exploitation. Posting any content that infringes on intellectual property rights, contains unauthorized advertisements, or includes data belonging to other users is prohibited. Attempts to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform's services are also prohibited. No tools or algorithms may be used to access platform data without prior written authorization from the Automation Advertising Agency.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, trademarks, designs, and content displayed on the platform are owned by the Automation Advertising Agency. No content or materials from the platform may be used or reproduced without the agency's prior written permission. You are obligated to report any commercial violations or unauthorized use of platform content to the platform's administration.
4. Termination of Service
ATMATA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of the terms and conditions or misuse, or if any action is taken that could harm the platform's or agency's reputation.
5. Determining Responsibility
ATMATA accepts no responsibility for damages resulting from service interruptions or misuse. Service providers (if any) are responsible for the quality of services provided to users through the platform. ATMATA does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service, although it takes all possible technical measures to prevent them.
6. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute, the case will be referred to the competent judicial authorities in Riyadh after attempting an amicable settlement.
Section Two: Privacy Policy - Compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Regulation (PDP)
1. Introduction
ATMATA is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of personal data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) issued by the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
